VMS & ARROW BOARDS
Have a VMS or Arrow board installed on your Traffic Pro Bed. We offer options to mount a board right on top of your sign boxes, over the cab, or (for the 800 series) vertically between the cab and the headboard. All of these options put the board where it’s out of the way, and maximize visibility. Get your VMS or Arrow board through us or provide your own to have mounted. We work with many brands including Solar Technology, Wanco, Vermac, Trafcon, etc.
Traffic Pro Bed’s over-the-cab and rear mounting brackets are designed for a 30″ x 60″ Arrow Board or Message Board but can be modified to accommodate bigger boards. The rear mount bracket is designed specifically to fit on TPB’s Full Traffic Model beds that have two sign/stand boxes. The over-the-cab, or front-mounted style bracket, will work with the TPB Flatbed, Half Stake, and Full Stake Models. Larger boards may be accommodated on the existing bracket design with modifications to the brackets. Such modifications are available at an increased upfit charge.
DUAL VMS MOUNT
With a front-facing arrow board and back-facing VMS board, these dual-facing signs dynamically fulfill diverse message board specifications from just one vehicle and optimize messaging to motorists. Positioned between the headboard and cab, sign apparatus rises into active position in seconds. Optimal board position maximizes visibility while staying out of the way of employees. Vertical rising prevents issues with clearance and keeps the boards protected. Some product limitations may apply.
NEW EQUIPMENT SEPARATOR
This option provides the next level in truck bed organization for TPB stake body configurations. This critical solution offers customers the ability to have a cone drive with any of the stake fence configurations we offer. Keep cones in line and on the cone belt drive, while maximizing truck bed storage for equipment such as barrels, sandbags, more cones, and miscellaneous tools. This option is strongly recommended for TPBs featuring both a stake fencing and a cone drive to maximize those options’ functionality.
LIGHTING
We offer a wide variety of multi and single-lighting colors, shapes, strobe patterns, and configurations to help accommodate the specific needs of private and government entities. In addition to our standard lighting kit, included in every TPB build, we offer three main lighting kits. These are the Ground Lighting kit, The Scene Lighting kit, and The Go Light kit. HALO-LIGHT
As pictured, the Halo Light system projects a (red) linear beam of light on the ground, showing parallel to the truck. This system improves crew safety and efficiency during nighttime operations by (1) defining a clear walkway for employees to enter and exit the truck bed, (2) assisting in cone alignment during deployment and retrieval, (3) deterring motorists away from the MOT truck, (4) emphasizing the MOT truck is active and manned, (5) giving the vehicle a sense of personal space, and (6) visually communicating the movement and direction of the vehicle from afar.

UNDER BED PADDLE BOX
This unique option is installed underneath the deck of the truck and provides space to hold up to four stop/slow paddles. Always have stop/slow paddles secured, accessible, available, and out of the way. Keep them organized, and separate from the rest of the equipment to prevent damage.

DROP DOWN SIGN AND STAND HOLDER
Store sign stands in the space you never knew you had. This product is designed to relieve storage, organization, and ergonomic issues common for utility trucks. The drop-down sign stand holder is retrofitted on top of your utility truck shelving. So you’re not sacrificing and reorganizing utility equipment or space for traffic sign stands. Then, just pull the holder lever to drop down sign stands for easy access.
SAND BAG HOLDER
Give your sand bags their own dedicated space on your truck where they’re all together, organized, and out of the way. Positioned right next to the ESU, this product provides convenient and ergonomic access for deploying and collecting sand bags. It also functions as a secured storage space for equipment like a tool box or cooler.
100 SERIES TRAFFIC PRO BED
The 100 series Traffic Pro Bed is designed for Class 2 trucks and has only one configuration. This configuration features a shorter fold-down aluminum stake fence and two ESUs with a safety restraint system. This series is designed primarily for small traffic control operations and removing highway debris.
TYPE-2 BARRICADE HOLDER
Located in front of the ESU, the Type-2 barricade holder securely stores barricades where they are easily accessible from the side of the truck. The ergonomic rack design and location allow employees to quickly and comfortably deploy or store barricades.
TRAFFIC PRO TRAILER
Upgrade your traffic control trailers with TPB’s signature set-up. Sign and stand boxes keep equipment secured, organized, and easily accessible from both sides of the trailer. Fold-down and removable aluminum stake fencing make it easy to access the trailer safely.
TIRE RING HOLDER
Cut the strenuous lifting out of deploying barrels with the Tire Ring Holder. Simply forklift the holder, with all of the rings stacked on it, onto your truck bed. Then, during deployment, push the ring holder down a tier to easily slide rings from the holder to a barrel.
